How we operate
From a logistics perspective, we apply the same principles of logistics optimization and aggregation for each project we manage, regardless of scale and scope. By adhering to these principles as we execute our proven, repeatable processes, we can guarantee successful results for you.
NSP Logistics Principles and Processes
- A dedicated account manager serves as your single point of contact
- Your account manager is supported by a team of logistics experts who understand transportation and logistics and, more importantly, the dynamics of the construction environment
- All project stakeholders are assessed before any action is taken
- Project schedules are continually affirmed; all logistics action is based upon this ongoing affirmation process
- FF&E vendor compliance is assessed and coordinated appropriately
- Each FF&E vendor shipment is evaluated and optimized by savvy logistics professionals, taking advantage of local spot market as well as our core partner network of transportation and warehouse providers
- By aggregating your FF&E supply chain with our other clients’ FF&E supply chains, we are afforded a unique consolidated snapshot view of a vast nationwide shipment network; this allows our logistics professionals to optimize truckloads and distribute costs for overall efficiency and savings
- Through proactive communication and assessment, threats are neutralized or mitigated and opportunities are maximized for your benefit
- Trade labor change orders and charge-backs resulting from logistics issues typical in Cap-Ex build-out, remodel and roll-out projects are virtually eliminated
- Dammis assumes accountability and liability for everything we touch or control, and we manage the administration of logistics risk and loss
- Throughout the life of the each project, predetermined status reporting customized to your format and frequency needs is communicated to key stakeholders.
- Ultimately, schedule continuity is protected and project turnover is assured as planned
